Day 025

So I had to go with the Theme again today, me and Keagan didn't really do too much, except we had the home inspection on the house we're looking at buying! But nothing to really photograph there (yet!!!) so I decided on the letter "M" for mom because I LOVEEEEE being a mom! And even though it doesn't start with the letter "M" I took a picture of my curtains because they kind of look like they are shaped like an "M" (weird I know, but I'm tired, cut me a break :-P )

Day 023

So I just noticed I missed day 23 so I guess I'm just going to post it out of order: on day 23 we went to "castle in the clouds" Its pretty much a great place to hike and just be outside, here's a picture of the waterfall we got to see!

Day 024

So I believe the theme for day 24 is lights. I usually don't keep up with the themes, but I really had absolutely nothing else to take a picture of. We spent most of the day driving back from my parents house and unpacking/ reorganizing the house.  so here's the lights above my kitchen.  I tried for a somewhat artsy pic but obviously I'm not very good at this stuff :)

sorry it took me so long to post day twenty one. we went up to visit my parents for the weekend and ive been completely exhausted. so anyway on day twenty one we went out on the boat and katie decided she wanted to go swimming so here she is swimming without touching or holding onto anyone.

here is keagan sleeping in his new carseat. at seven and a half months he already outgrew his infant one. isnt he just the cutest??? i love him so much.

Day 019

Today me and Keagan went shopping with our friend Meagan and her son Shayne! Keagan was conceived (we think) on the day shayne was born! we had such a great day, got to spend it outside, walked alot and had a great chat with me friend! :)

Day 018

Todays picture is my little monkeys: Brady and Keagan! they have been playing together all day, it really is adorable!!

Day 017

So here's baby Keagan, standing holding onto his exersaucer! SOOOO proud of him!! He didn't pull himself up, I stood him up and let him hold onto it, but he stood there for about 15 seconds!!! Can't believe how big my babyboy is getting! God I love him SOOO much! And yes I know I look like 6 months prego, can't figure out what my issue is :-\

Day 016

Had another lazy day today, had some wicked thunder and lightning storms, played with my little monkey and cleaned the fishtank! here's a pic! :)

Day 015

So today me and Keagan had a lazy day, and AF decided to show up so we decided to make a cake! As you can see from the picture almost half of it is gone, I did have some help from our friend Shannon who came over to watch New Moon with us today.  Keagan's still not crawling yet, but he's definitely SO close!

Day 014

Today I brought Katie and Keagan to the playground and put Keagan in a swing for the first time! (Had to put his blanket under him since the swing was hot) He didn't know what to do at first, but eventually thought it was awesome! He also played with the dirt & wood chips while I pushed Katie on the swing, he definitely got a bath tonight :) And he's also SOOO close to crawling! He is up on all fours and is pushing himself backwards! Looks like its almost time to start baby proofing! :)

Day 013

Sorry for posting day 13 so late! Me and Keagan went to visit one of my old friends from high school today, she has a 2 year old son and a daughter that was born a week after Keagan! It was really fun to see the kids interact with each other, and by that I mean stare hehe and to compare their development.  It was also nice to have someone else my age with kids to talk to and hang out with... even though it was a 2 hour ride each way :( anyway my picture is of Keagan in baby Mati's bouncy seat! It was taken on my phone so its a bit blurry! I wish I got a picture of the two of them together, but maybe next time!

Day 012

So today me and Keagan spent the day making baby food, here is the finished sweet potatoes! Doesn't look like a lot but that's about 2 weeks worth of sweet potatoes! We also made peaches and apples! hopefully this means we're done for a little while, since it's a LOT of work! But everythings worth it for my handsome little boy <3

Day 011

Here's a picture of my boys passed out on the floor after a long day, me and Keagan brought Brady to the vet today for his yearly check up (important to document here so I remember when it was for next year hehe) and they both fell asleep on the floor when we got home, aren't they so cute?? <3

And here's my final pet- Brady, he is a miniature dauschund, about 15 months old.  He's a huge pain in the butt, but I love him anyway, and obviously I'm running out of things to take pictures of... sweet haha

This is my other kitty Friskies, my two cats are brother and sister (so we think) we found them outside our apartment over 2 years ago when they were only a few weeks old and almost dead, we saved them and now they are healthy and happy babies!

Today's picture is of my babygirl Shadow, she's been a wicked momma's girl today, following my around like crazy and cuddling every second that I'm not playing with baby Keagan!

Sorry I'm not posting day 007 until today, yesterday was Dan's 30th birthday so obviously we spent the day celebrating! here's a picture of Dan on his 30th birthday with his two children! Obviously Keagan wanted nothing to do with taking the picture

Okay, so here is one of many of Keagan's "firsts" for my 365 day challenge, today was his first time sitting up in a grocery cart! and he didn't even fall over! he's such a great baby and I am truly blessed to have him in my life.. Day 004

Well I guess my picture today is going to be sideways, way too hot and tired to change it.  Its a picture of my vacuum, which I should have been married to all day since my house is a disaster, but instead I vacuumed one little rug and spent the rest of this miserably hot day in front of the fan with Keagan trying to cool off... hopefully we can get some more vacuuming done tomorrow!

My mom and I brought Keagan shopping today! so my chore for the evening is to de-tag and de-hanger all these clothes in prep for wash tomorrow! He is only 7 months  but we found ourselves buying 12month and 18month clothes since he is already over 19 pounds! such a big boy!

Day 002

Got a new cell phone today- the Droid! Hopefully once I figure it out, alot of my "daily" pics will be taken on it! and of course my background is of my amazing son Keagan, who decided he didn't want to go to bed until 10pm tonight, hopefully he sleeps in tomorrow! love that little boy! <3

Good Evening fellow bloggers! Here is my 1st photo for my 365 day photo challenge! I thought I would start my challenge off with a picture of my favorite person in the entire world! This is my son Keagan! He is 7 months old today (yes mathmeticians- he was born new years day 2010!)

I thought I would start my year-in-photo's off with a few predictions of photos I will see throughout the next year, I think it will be great to reflect on how accurate I was a year from now. so here are a few things I think you all will find a picture of in the next year on my blog:

alot of 1st's for baby Keagan: his first tooth, crawling, standing, walking, talking, his first birthday, boo-boo and many more! 

plenty of births, and hopefully not too many deaths.  some pictures of our new house and all the things I would like to do to it, maybe a new dog? some new cars? lots of planning for our wedding which is scheduled for sept 2, 2011.  hopefully this year has plenty of exciting things in store for me and my family!

I have decided to start a blog, taking one picture every day for a year! I'm going to TRY not to make this all about my son, Keagan, and more about me and our life together! Please enjoy my pictures, and feel free to add any imput!
